Stationery System Design Specifications

Stationery (used here to include printed letterhead, envelopes, and business cards) creates one of the most frequent and important impressions of the University. It must contain the basic elements of design, space, and proportion as well as aesthetic considerations set forth by UNM.

All units (colleges, schools, departments, offices, centers and other University recognized areas) are to use the stationery designs described and illustrated on this site.

Official University stationery is to be printed using lithography only in the colors of cherry red (PMS 200) and Lobo Gray (PMS Cool Gray 10). Health Sciences stationery includes turquoise (PMS 321).

Stationery for all University external mailings should adhere to the official UNM stationery system.
